10 mushrooms/or mushroom mix - 1 shallot - 1 clove of garlic - 1 dl dry white wine - 3 sprigs thyme stripped from stalks - 5 dl VOL5.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Slice the shallot and chop the garlic.
- Sweat the shallot, garlic and thyme and deglaze with white wine.
- Allow to reduce to 1/3.
- Add the mushrooms and cook briefly.
- Add VOL5 and allow to reduce if desired.
- Finish off with (vegan) cream if desired.
