Mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
10 mushrooms/or mushroom mix - 1 shallot - 1 clove of garlic - 1 dl dry white wine - 3 sprigs thyme stripped from stalks - 5 dl VOL5.

Preparation

  • Cut the mushrooms into slices. 
  • Slice the shallot and chop the garlic. 
  • Sweat the shallot, garlic and thyme and deglaze with white wine. 
  • Allow to reduce to 1/3. 
  • Add the mushrooms and cook briefly. 
  • Add VOL5 and allow to reduce if desired. 
  • Finish off with (vegan) cream if desired.
